Ms. Steppe is licensed with the State of California Department of Consumer Affairs, Bureau of Security and Investigative serves as Qualified Manager and Instructor of Certified Powers of Arrest. She is trained in the martial arts and provides Powers to Arrests, self-defense training as well as documentation and client/guest public relations. She has provided security operations command for some of the nation’s largest events, including the Los Angeles Marathon, NASCAR Street Races, Long Beach Blues Festival (Cal State Long Beach) and the Cyprus Hill Smoke-Out at San Bernadino’s National Orange Show. Locally, Ms. Steppe has successfully administered on-going event and post services for high visibility sites such as the AMC theatres, the Jacobs Foundation, Columbia Pictures, San Diego Convention Center Expansion, City Heights Urban Village Construction, as well as a number of private and public entities and venues.

Mr. Arroyo trains staff and coordinates the K-TECH training program. He is currently an anti-terrorist Force Protection Instructor for the U.S. Navy Security Forces. He is a Qualified Manager, licensed by the Department of Consumer Affairs, Bureau of Security & Investigative Services (Absolute Private Security PPO #14344). His training curriculum includes search and seizure, weapons familiarization, safety and training, anti-terrorist tactics, including threat types and tactics, bomb search, deadly force, basic and advanced pistol and shotgun training, personal protection, CCW training and tactical handcuffing, as certified by the National Rifle Association, Department of Justice, San Diego Sheriff’s Department and the Bureau of Security and Investigative Services
